The government has said that the document procedure, in which applicants had to send documents to KCC before they could be interviewed, has been taken out of the process. Whilst this had been my opinion, it is good to see the official confirmation.
In the news the government accept that the process was causing delays to scheduling, especially in the early months of the program, just as it did when it was launched in 2018 until it was removed in December 2021.
So – the government have made a smart choice in this case, and hopefully they can benefit from using their resources to quickly process DS260s and plan more interviews for each year.
